Ciela Hartanov

Ciela Hartanov, PsyD, is a Leadership and Transition Coach with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership strategy. As CEO and Coach at humcollective since March 2021, Ciela Hartanov focuses on fostering leadership skills to help individuals navigate change while maintaining well-being. Since November 2023, Ciela Hartanov has also been an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers®, a community dedicated to amplifying women entrepreneurs and leaders. Prior to these roles, Ciela Hartanov held several key positions at Google from 2013 to March 2021, including Head of Innovation & Strategy for People, Culture, and Leadership, and was part of the founding leadership team for The Google School for Leaders. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Polycom, Qualcomm, and The Ken Blanchard Companies. Ciela Hartanov holds a PsyD in Culture and Human Behavior Psychology from Alliant International University and a BA in International Relations with a focus on Cultural Anthropology from the University of the Pacific.
