Katrina Purcell is the Founder of Katrina Purcell LLC, offering Fractional COO services to tech companies ranging from seed to series C and non-profits, focusing on growth frameworks in collaboration with CEOs and founders since May 2023. As an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers® since August 2023, Katrina promotes the entrepreneurial efforts of extraordinary women. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Harri, where organizational efficiency was maximized for a SaaS company, and at Integral Ad Science, where strategic direction and board relationships were managed. Katrina's background also includes leadership roles at Bloomberg LP, such as Head of Global PMO Media Technology, where technology roadmaps and efficiency improvements were enacted. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
