Sara Dahan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Catalyst, a community strategy agency that focuses on brand strategy, community design, and experiential campaigns. Sara also joined Dreamers & Doers in 2019, where they were involved in community moderation, connection facilitation, event production, operations, and strategy. Prior to these roles, Sara worked as a consultant, providing expertise in branding, marketing strategy, community management, event production, project management, public relations, and copywriting. Additionally, they were a 3-time speaker at TEDx events, focusing on topics related to community and empathetic leadership. Sara also co-created Curious Fox, an event brand that educates audiences on identity, relationships, and communication. Sara served as the event producer and communications manager for Curious Fox, overseeing all communications, growing the community, and producing conferences. Before their career in the business and events industry, Sara worked as an ambulance first responder for Magen David Adom in Israel, where they provided aid in refugee and immigrant neighborhoods. Sara also has research experience from their time at MIT, where they worked as a research assistant in various labs, including the Early Childhood Cognition Lab, Language and Cognitive Development Lab, and MollyLab.
Sara Dahan began their education in 2008 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Brain & Cognitive Science. Sara completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.
In 2013, Sara attended Harvard University for a Post-Baccalaureate program in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Sara completed this program in 2014.
