Shaun O'Meara MBA has extensive experience in sales and business management roles. Shaun is currently serving as the Director of International Sales at Dreamfarm, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Australian Sales at Dreamfarm from March 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Dreamfarm, Shaun was the National Sales Manager - ANZ at BuildTuff™ from September 2020 to March 2022.
Shaun's previous roles also include serving as the Managing Director at Merison (Global Jamie Oliver licensee) from December 2017 to June 2020, where they were responsible for leading the APAC business and managing relationships with key retailers. Shaun also worked as the Senior Business Manager - Europe at Joseph Joseph Ltd from January 2017 to December 2017, where they managed the European business and achieved exceptional sales growth. Prior to that, they held various international business manager positions at Joseph Joseph, focusing on different regions such as Central Eastern Europe and Nordics, Benelux, Mediterranean & Middle East.
Shaun has also worked at General Mills, where they held roles as a National Account Manager for various channels from September 2010 to December 2014. Shaun was responsible for managing key accounts, negotiating trade terms, and developing brand/account strategies.
Earlier in their career, Shaun worked at Accolade Wines as a Business Development Manager and at Kellogg Company as a State Account Manager and Sales Executive. Shaun began their career as an Events Merchandiser at Lion.

Shaun O'Meara MBA holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Australian Catholic University, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Shaun attended St Joseph's Nudgee College for their high school education from 1996 to 2000. Shaun O'Meara MBA also pursued postgraduate studies at the Australian Institute of Management, earning a Graduate Certificate between 2018 and 2019, a Graduate Diploma between 2019 and 2020, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2021 to 2022, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained a Level 1 Cricket Coach certification from Queensland Cricket in 2001.
