Meenakshi Yadav

Meenakshi Yadav is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Dreamfolks Services Ltd. since September 2021, Meenakshi is responsible for organizing employee engagement activities, managing employer branding, analyzing business requirements, and facilitating the performance management process. Prior to this, Meenakshi worked as a Faculty at PSIT Kanpur for over eight years, where responsibilities included designing training programs and conducting performance assessments. Earlier experience includes roles in recruitment and HR compliance at FIS and contributing to training needs analysis during internships at Albert David Limited and Reliance Communications.
