Jeff Heng

Jeff Heng has a varied work experience in different roles and industries. Jeff started their career in 2011 as the Co-Founder and Chief Peon Officer at EarlyIntern. In 2012, they worked as a Growth Hacking Architect, Biz Dev, Sales, and Technology at ReapSo. From 2014, Jeff worked as a Community Impact Driver at Project Neighbors, where they aimed to make a positive difference in distressed neighborhoods.

In 2017, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing IT Engineer and later became a DevOps Engineer, responsible for maintaining development operations within the Central Software department.
