Jill Phillips is an experienced accounting professional with a demonstrated history of leadership and expertise in financial management. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at DreamLine Shower since June 2022, Jill excels in preparing account reconciliations, analyses, and managing timely month-end closes. Previously, Jill held the position of Accounting Manager at Hajoca Corporation, where responsibilities included supporting over 400 business unit managers through P&L analysis and leading a team in accounting and inventory management. Jill has also served as Director of Accounting at Xenial, overseeing revenue accounting and managing multiple accounts receivable teams, and at SICOM Systems, Inc., where significant contributions included upgrading financial software and managing general ledger accounts. Jill began the accounting career at Kappa Publishing Group and Delaware Valley University. Jill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University.
