Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has worked as a Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience in nutrition includes serving as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, as well as a University Lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a licenciatura in Nutrition from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
