João Guerra

João (John) is an accomplished finance leader with 20 years of experience gained by leading successful teams in North America, Asia, Western Europe, and South America. Most recently he was the CFO for Anheuser Busch. In previous roles, he was CFO for AB InBev Asia Pacific, Global Treasurer for AB InBev and Treasurer for AmBev.

João has extensive experience in capital markets, treasury & risk management, strategic planning, M&A & post-merger integration, business expansion, cost management, internal controls, and other finance functions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense and an MBA from University of Michigan Business School.
