Natalie Louise Davies is an experienced retail and customer service professional with a strong background in management and sales. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Manager at Dreams since July 2020, Natalie also held the position of Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Etihad from September 2013 to March 2020 as a First Class Cabin Crew member provided valuable customer service expertise. Additional experience includes a role as Cluster Manager at Kurt Geiger from March 2009 to September 2013. Natalie holds a degree in Criminology and Journalism from the University of Roehampton, earned between 2004 and 2007.
