Rob Bedford has extensive experience in customer service and training, currently serving as Customer Service Training Manager at Dreams since October 2015. Prior roles at Dreams include Customer First Executive, Admin & Correspondence Agent, and Customer Service Executive. Prior to this, Rob worked at Tesco PLC from November 2009 to October 2015, where a diverse range of skills in customer service, time management, and teamwork were developed across multiple departments and stores. Additional experience includes working as a Media Technician at Camp Emerson in 2014 and studying Film and Television Production at Buckinghamshire New University from 2011 to 2014, where a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) was obtained. Early education includes A Levels in English Language and Literature, Film Studies, and Drama from Sandwich Technology School, along with various GCSE qualifications.
