Jair Ferro Meira

Jair Ferro Meira is currently the Operations manager at DreamShaper, where Jair leads project implementations in the Portuguese market. Prior to this, Jair held roles such as Planning and Project Manager at SOMOS Educação, where Jair led new business models, and as a Project and planning coordinator at Saraiva Educação. Throughout their career, Jair has also worked in financial roles such as FP&A Analyst, overseeing budgets and financial processes. Jair holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with International Trade Specialization and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Business. Additionally, Jair has completed certifications in Nonviolent Communication and Process Management.
