Virginia Bayless

Virginia Bayless is an experienced director and financial professional with a robust background in strategic planning and financial oversight. Currently serving as Director at Professional Assist Corporation since 2006, Virginia oversees the largest massage membership association in the U.S., ABMP, and holds the position of Chair of the Audit Committee. Virginia also serves on the board of DreamSpring and has previously held senior roles, including Interim President and CEO at The Denver Foundation and Owner of Bayless & Associates, where strategic financial planning services were provided to middle-market companies. Additional experience includes roles as Consulting CFO at The Boppy Company, where revenue tripled under Virginia's guidance, and Director at Concepts Direct, Inc. with similar audit committee responsibilities. Virginia holds an MBA in Finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
