Kachinga Mulenga

Assistant Head of Customer Success at DreamStart Labs Inc

Kachinga Mulenga has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2007, Mulenga founded GSM Zambia and served as the owner of the company. In 2009, Mulenga worked as a Technical Support Specialist for Discovery General Contractors and Suppliers LTD. More recently, in 2020, Mulenga joined DreamStart Labs as the Assistant Head of Customer Success. Overall, Mulenga has demonstrated expertise in customer success, technical support, and entrepreneurship.

Kachinga Mulenga completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Zambia, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied at Eagle High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a GCE qualification. In addition to their formal education, Kachinga Mulenga has obtained several certifications, including the Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera in January 2023. Kachinga also completed the Django for Everybody Specialization, Google IT Automation Professional Certificate, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, Python for Everybody Specialization, and Responsive Web Design from various institutions such as the University of Michigan and the University of London, all completed in March 2021.
