Tom Blades

Tom Blades is a seasoned professional in the fields of digital learning and content creation, currently serving as the Head of XR and Head of Video Services for Dreamtek since February 2018. At Dreamtek, expertise is demonstrated in systems integration and live streaming, along with a focus on delivering premium quality digital experiences. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Digital Learning and Development Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroen Uk, where responsibility was given for the digital learning journey across the Peugeot, Citroen, and DS networks. Tom’s extensive experience at Groupe PSA spans various roles, including Global Virtual Environment Implementation Lead and Digital Content Manager, where a significant contribution was made to the development of digital training materials. Educational background includes completion of studies at Higham Lane School from 1995 to 1999.
