Jerrod Bennett

Jerrod Bennett is a Sr. Solutions Architect and the Co-Founder of Dreamtsoft. Jerrod has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions during their career. Jerrod started out as an IT Technician and then became a Service Desk Lead. Jerrod later transitioned into systems engineering and then found success as a Sr. Solutions Architect and Co-Founder of Efficient Technology, LLC. In their current role as Advisor and Co-Founder of Dreamtsoft, Jerrod is responsible for helping customers maximize their investment in the ServiceNow platform. Jerrod offers a variety of services that are designed to help enterprise customers succeed with ServiceNow. These services include custom application design/build, implementation health checks, global design consulting, performance reviews, ITIL process reviews, phase 1,2,3 implementations, re-implementations, etc.

Jerrod Bennett graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Computer Science.
