Cynthia Elliott has been working in the marketing, PR and events industry for over 20 years. In 1999, they began their career as a Senior Account Supervisor at Nadine Johnson and Associates, where they managed the Lifestyle, Hospitality, Restaurant and Nightlife Divisions. In 2001, they moved to INTERMIX Stores as the CMO/ Head of Marketing, PR & Events U.S., where they developed internal and external communications, conducted extensive brand, marketing, customer and CRM research, and planned and launched programs to support sales of Intermix Private Label and luxury designers. In 2005, they were appointed CMO/ SVP of Marketing, PR & Events at ESCADA, where they created the most successful corporate, wholesale and retail marketing, event and public relations program in the company's 50+ year history. In 2012, they founded Dreamweaver Brand Communications, where they employed intelligent execution of strategic plans & tactics to create powerful and sustainable growth for their clients. In 2019, they founded Intention with Shaman Isis, a sustainable brand that designs multipurpose products to educate fans and followers about sustainable living practices. Currently, Cynthia Elliott works as an Author, Speaker, Communication Pioneer, Int. Brand & Leadership Coach, Eco-Designer, and Cultural Commentator.

Cynthia Elliott attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a degree in Communications with a field of study in Communication and Media Studies. Cynthia then went on to attend California State University, San Diego, where they are currently studying Political Science.
