Marta Naidenova

Marta Naidenova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, investment, and venture capital. Currently serving in the Founders' Office at DolarApp since September 2025, Marta focuses on operations and customer experience. As an angel investor since December 2023, Marta has supported several startups including Dex, MyEdSpace, Cori Clinical, and more. Additionally, Marta is a limited partner at firedrop, an angel fund investing in European founders. Previously, from 2021 to 2025, Marta led tech investments in the UK, Ireland, and Central and Eastern Europe at Atomico, where involvement as a board observer and investor included companies like Mondoo and Accurx. Prior to this, a role in investment banking at J.P. Morgan from 2018 to 2021 involved M&A advisory and financing for technology-focused companies. Marta holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi and a high school diploma from American College of Sofia.
