Karin Veltstra

Karin Veltstra is an experienced leader in healthcare and governance, currently serving on the Raad van Bestuur at DrechtDokters since October 2023 and as a member of the Raad van Toezicht at SGL from July 2022. Previously, Karin held various leadership roles including acting board member at Careander and Raad van Bestuur at Vivantes Zorggroep, contributing significantly to organizational development in elder care. Karin's expertise extends to positions such as Kwartiermaker at Stichting Pergamijn and interim director at STMG - Thuiszorg. With a strong background in management, Karin has also served as a business unit manager and HR manager at EIFFEL and held a directorship in the organization’s government and non-profit division. Education includes advanced studies at institutions such as Nyenrode Business University and Rotterdam School of Management, with degrees in financial policy, strategic real estate, governance, and law from Radboud University and Tilburg University.
