Chris Wallinger

Chris Wallinger is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, and talent management across various technology and support sectors. Currently serving as Manager, People (HRBP) at Dremio since January 2022, Chris collaborates with senior leaders to implement HR strategies and manage significant organizational changes. Previously, Chris worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at CommScope, Silver Peak, and Ruckus Networks, where responsibilities included supporting large teams, managing mergers and acquisitions, and creating HR programs to enhance employee experiences. Additional experience includes roles at Adecco Group, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Wildfire Interactive, reinforcing a strong background in employee relations and HR operational support. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts from Mission College.
