Daniela Lizárraga began their career in 2011 as a Recruiting Consultant at RECREMEX, where they were responsible for recruiting call center and IT personnel. In 2013, they joined Enable S.C. as an IT Coordinator Jr, recruiting specialized consultants in Business Intelligence/Big Data/Oracle & SAP/Software Factory/ERP-CRM. Daniela then moved to Latbc Consulting in 2015 as an IT Talent Acquisition Lead, where they specialized in technology recruitment. Finally, in 2017, they became an IT Talent Acquisition Manager at Dresden Partners, where they specialized in 4.0 IT recruitment and analyzed market trends.
