Jan Bathersby has a broad range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Jan is currently serving as the Manager at Dresden, an Australian eyewear company that specializes in a new modular, fully recyclable eyewear system. Prior to that, Jan worked as a Director at ToYonder Pty Ltd. Jan also has experience as a Kitchen Specialist at IKEA Australia, a Guest Service Agent at Landmark Resort, a Sales Advisor at Youi Insurance, and a Front Office Supervisor at Oaks Hotels & Resorts. Jan has also served as a Guest Service Agent at Rydges Hotels & Resorts and Mantra Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Telemarketing and Complaints Manager at Affordable Holidays and as an Advertising Consultant at APN News & Media.

Jan Bathersby has a Microcomputing certificate with distinction from TAFE NSW in the field of Computer Science. Jan also holds a Certificate I I I Tourism Operations, as well as commendations and medals from the Director General NSW SES.
