Mia Hickey

Mia Hickey is currently a Dean’s Page at NC State Wilson College of Textiles, where responsibilities include handling administrative tasks and collaborating on projects. Concurrently, Mia works with the Digital Team at Platform Magazine, curating content for Instagram. As a Sales and Marketing Intern at dress., Mia creates social media content and manages the Tik Tok account. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Aerie by AEO, Inc. and as an Assistant Manager at The Impeccable Pig, where essential skills in retail and customer service were developed. Mia began a career in food service as a Server at Wingin' It Taphouse and Grille, working throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Mia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textile Management at North Carolina State University, following an Associate of Arts from Wake Technical Community College.
