Amit Heblikar has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the energy industry. Amit began their career at GE in 2002, where they completed the Operations Management Leadership Program. Amit then served as a Master Scheduler and Six Sigma Leader-Black Belt, before becoming the Materials Manager, overseeing procurement and logistics functions. In 2010, Amit became the Director of Supply Chain for the Power Quality business in North America, where they achieved significant sales growth and improved the fulfillment rate. Amit continued to advance their career at GE Oil & Gas as the Plant Manager and Director of Operations for Flow & Process Technology, and later at Baker Hughes, a GE company, as the Plant Manager for Port Northwest Operations in Houston. Since 2018, Amit has been working at Dresser Natural Gas Solutions as the Vice President of Operations. In 2023, they joined Dresser Utility Solutions as the General Manager and VP of the Measurement business. Throughout their career, Amit has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Amit Heblikar has a diverse education history, emphasizing both practical skills and academic accomplishments. In 1999, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pune in India. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Amit pursued their Master's degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Managerial Finance at North Carolina State University.

Recently, in 2023, Amit attended the Yale School of Management for the Executive Education Accelerated Management Program, enhancing their management expertise. Additionally, they completed the Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in the same year, further developing their strategic acumen.

In addition to their formal education, Amit has obtained certifications in APICS Supply Chain Council and Black Belt from GE, indicating their expertise in supply chain management and process improvement.
