Frank Gutierrez

Frank Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frank began their career at Instru-Measure, Inc. as a Laboratory Manager, where they specialized in custom electronic test equipment and calibration and repair of test equipment. Frank then joined Dresser- GE Energy, where they took on various roles such as Project Engineer, Product Engineer, and eventually Lead Engineer. In this role, they developed new products, upgraded current products, and provided technical support to manufacturing and application engineering. Frank then moved on to GE Oil & Gas as a Senior Engineer, focusing on new product development and hazardous areas product design. Following GE Oil & Gas, Frank joined Baker Hughes, a GE company, as a Principal Engineer, specializing in hazardous areas design and applications, as well as R&D. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at Dresser Natural Gas Solutions.

Frank Gutierrez earned a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. In 1973 to 1977, they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Control Instrumentation & Electronic Design from the University of Houston-Downtown. Frank Gutierrez also has additional certifications in FastWorks from GE Oil & Gas - automation and optimization technologies, and Green Belt Six Sigma from GE.
