The chain has gathered its central administration at Billingstad, outside Oslo, which also houses Dressmann's head office. The head office has around 40 employees. Apart from Norway, Dressmann is currently represented in Sweden, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Iceland and Germany. The chain's workforce totals around 3,000, distributed among nearly 450 stores.
