Salome Svanidze

Salome Svanidze has experience in CRM and loyalty programs management, having worked with Dressup Group since July 2023. Before that, Salome held various positions at Gepha and Pharmadepot/ფარმადეპო. Salome holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Free University of Tbilisi and a Bachelor's degree from Ilia State University. Salome's expertise includes designing and managing loyalty schemes, analyzing customer behavior, and planning and implementing loyalty strategies to retain customers. Additionally, Salome works on improving analytical and reporting systems and engages in software development projects aimed at enhancing CRM and loyalty systems.
