John E. Adkisson III

John Adkisson practices in workers’ compensation and assists clients with preparation and strategy for hearings. He has a strong background in taking expert witness testimony including physician’s testimony and preparing for appellate arguments.

He has particular experience with trucking and transportation companies, manufacturers, the food & beverage industry, hospitals and health care organizations, a provider of correctional and mental health services as well as construction companies.

John represents insurers, employers and self-insurers throughout Georgia.

In addition, he is a contributing editor to the Georgia Workers' Compensation Association, Workers' Compensation Desk Manual, Eighth Edition. John is also an AV Preeminent rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell.
