Leslie P. Becknell

Leslie Becknell has been practicing law for more than 32 years, focusing on General Liability, Premises Liability and Commercial Transportation law. In handling files for her clients, she focuses on positioning cases for dismissal on summary judgment or other cost-effective resolution options when available. She handles all aspects of litigation including initial investigation, pleadings, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, the investigation and evaluation of claimants’ medical records and history, motions practice, hearings, mediation and trial.

Leslie serves clients who manage a high volume of premises liability cases, handling files from the initial complaint through final resolution. She has significant experience in premises liability cases involving claims of negligent security. She also handles motor vehicle liability cases for Trucking and Transportation clients from initial investigation through discovery and final resolution. Throughout her career, Leslie has managed a variety of other cases involving insurance coverage and indemnity, products liability, and environmental torts.
