Fiona Tan

Fiona Tan is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for APAC at Drew Marine since April 2023, Fiona has held similar leadership roles at various organizations including Confidential, TechStorm TV, and Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing. Fiona's extensive background encompasses multiple facets of human resources, such as recruitment and retention, employee engagement, and the implementation of HR policies aligned with global strategies. Fiona has a strong foundation in HR technology trends and has contributed to strategic initiatives at companies like Kohler Power and HARMAN International. An alumnus of Murdoch University with a double Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resource Management, Fiona also holds a diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
