Terence Bodak

Terence Bodak currently serves as the Director of Annual Giving at Drew University since July 2025 and holds the position of Senior Faculty at the Annual Giving Network, where expertise is shared on retention strategies, donor stewardship, and effective communication. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Annual Giving and Strategic Solicitations at Rutgers University Foundation, where significant fundraising achievements included raising $10M in FY24, and leading efforts to modernize the annual giving program. Earlier roles at Monmouth University encompassed Associate Director of Annual Giving and Assistant Director of Annual Giving, during which operational strategies were implemented to enhance donor engagement. Terence Bodak also has experience in account management at CDW, focusing on delivering technology solutions to corporate clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a Master of Arts in European History, both obtained from Monmouth University.
