Erica Lee

Erica (Jeongmin) Lee, CHRL, PCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety initiatives, policy development, compliance, and payroll administration. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources and Payroll at Drexel Industries since October 2022, Erica previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at AV-BASE Systems, Inc. for over eight years. Erica’s background also includes roles as a Human Resources Administrator and Career Management Assistant, as well as internships in human resources. Erica holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources, and a Diploma in Business Human Resources from Fanshawe College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
