Jessica Soules has over 15 years of experience in product management and operations. Jessica is currently the Director of Product Management, Care Collaboration at DrFirst, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at GetWellNetwork as the Director of Product and then as a Senior Product Manager. Jessica also has experience as an Operations Manager at Saber Communications.

Jessica Soules holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hartwick College. Jessica also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marist College.
