Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter is a Senior Analyst at DRG Talent, where Rachel partners with organizations to address various organizational challenges. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Research and Outreach Associate at DRG Talent and at North Country School as an Associate Director of Admissions. Rachel also has experience as an ESL Teacher/Houseparent and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin. Rachel holds a BA in French and Linguistics from Scripps College, an AS in Accounting from Daytona State College, and a High School Diploma from Spruce Creek High School.
