Shanna Jadwin, M. Ed., is an accomplished talent consultant at DRG Talent, specializing in supporting nonprofits in attracting and developing diverse leadership since February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a high school counselor at Hopkins Public Schools from 2013 to 2022, focusing on college and career planning, and leading the counseling department at Anshe Emet Synagogue from 2003 to 2013. Shanna also taught as a religious school teacher and worked as a high school counselor at Lane Technical College Prep High School. Shanna holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, as well as studying at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
