Sterling Nelson is a Talent Consultant at DRG Talent, where responsibilities include leading search engagements for non-profit clients, crafting bespoke search strategies, interviewing candidates, and guiding clients through the interview process. Previously, Sterling served as a Human Resources Intern at Eaton, focusing on career pathways and union grievance strategy. As High School Program Manager at Open Doors Academy, Sterling restructured and managed programs for approximately 100 students, while also developing key organizational policies. Prior roles include Program Supervisor at YMCA of Greater Seattle and Camp Counselor at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Sterling holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College.
