Justin W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Justin started their career in 2001 with the US Navy, where they served as a SSBN Submariner until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at NAVIMF PACNORWEST. In 2009, they transitioned to become a Naval Flight Officer, a role they held until 2022. During their time in the US Navy, they also served as a USN Squadron F-18 Tactics Training Officer from 2018 to 2020 and as a USN Weapons School F-18 Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor, FACA Program Manager from 2015 to 2018. In 2020, Justin joined Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 9 as a Tactics/Weapons specialist, and in 2022, they became an Instructor at Delaware Resource Group.

Justin W. earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Nuclear Engineering from Thomas Edison State University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained qualifications in Forward Air Controller Airborne (FACA) and became an FACA Instructor at an undisclosed time and institution. Furthermore, Justin completed the JTAC Qualification at the Joint Terminal Air Controller School, and they also underwent training in the Special Warfare field through the NSWG-1 GFC Course, though the specific dates for these experiences are unknown.
