Fleur van der Kruijs

Fleur van der Kruijs is an experienced HR Advisor at Driessen Groep since October 2022, previously serving as Operations Manager at Company of Gifts and as a Product Owner Digital at Freo, where a multidisciplinary team focused on digital onboarding. Fleur was also instrumental as the FreoNXT HR & Culture Program Manager, contributing to workplace culture and employee well-being, which earned Freo recognition as one of the Top 10 Best Workplaces in the Netherlands in 2020. Additional experience includes roles in digital marketing and sales support at Freo, an internship as a Recruitment Consultant at The Search Company, and extensive travel across South America and Southeast Asia.
