Sofia M.

Sofia M. has an extensive work experience in the field of user experience and design. Sofia began their career in 2006 as an Information Designer at Alcoa, where they created identity systems for training materials. From 2007 to 2015, Sofia held various roles at Bright Innovations, Mitchell Property Investments, Daedalus Excel, Rosetta, Education Management Corporation, Buzzhoney, Starlight Solutions Technology Partners, and Drift2 Solutions. During this time, they were involved in activities such as creating user research and usability methodology, conducting heuristic evaluations, designing wireframes and sitemaps for mobile, web and desktop applications, suggesting multimedia interactions for online education courses, and creating user research training materials. In 2015, they became the Director of User Experience at Drift2 Solutions.

Sofia M. completed a Masters in Design from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007, with a focus on Communication Planning & Information Design. Sofia also holds a Bachelors from Penn State University in Industrial Organizational Psychology, with Business and Information Technology Minors. Sofia M. also completed a Masters in Education from the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on Communications.
