Ascilde Muniz

Ascilde Muniz has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2005 as the General Manager of the Credit and Collection Division for the Caribbean at Occidental Hotels and Resorts. There, they managed a $29.7 million department with a strong receivable turnover ratio.

In 2011, they joined TC Tropical Products as a Produce Project Implementation Accountant. In this role, they implemented an Enterprise Planning ERP software for the fresh produce business and collaborated with the leadership team on ERP business strategies.

Starting in 2012, Ascilde became the Corporate Controller at Premier Guest Services LLC & Destination World Travel LLC. Ascilde managed the financial and service operation with over $42 million in sales and 50,000 vacation program club members. Ascilde also oversaw accounting for escrow accounts and provided support for the reconciliation of vacation reservation invoices.

During the same period, Ascilde also worked as the Corporate Controller at Premier Worldwide Marketing, LLC. In this role, they maximized the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Ascilde provided strategic support to offices located in various countries and managed a portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Most recently, Ascilde joined Driftwood Capital in 2017. Ascilde started as a Financial Reporting Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Accounting in January 2020, a role they currently hold.

Ascilde Muniz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Universidad Dominicana O&M. In 2015, they also received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Monterrey University.
