Mona Haghighi

Mona Haghighi, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Driftwood Capital since November 2020. Prior to this role, Mona was the Human Resources Manager at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort from February 2020 to August 2020. Mona's extensive experience in human resources began at Stearns Weaver Miller, where responsibilities included positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Legal Recruiter from March 2005 to February 2020. Mona earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University, completing the program in May 2004.
