Derek Soucie

Derek Soucie has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Derek started their career as a Banquet Server at Holiday Inn in 2014 and later transitioned to being a Manager in Training at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. in the same year. In 2015, Derek became an Assistant General Manager at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., where they managed various departments and conducted employee training. Derek then joined Ocean Properties Hotels Resorts and Affiliates in 2016 as an Assistant Front Office Manager, overseeing front office operations and resolving guest complaints. Derek's most recent position is as the Director of Operations at Driftwood Hospitality Management, where they are responsible for managing overall operations.

Derek Soucie attended Kansas State University from 2009 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
