Seth Champness

Seth Champness has a diverse background in engineering and leadership, currently serving as President, Engineer, and Sales Engineer at Drill Cool Systems, Inc. since June 2017. Previous experience includes an internship at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and a Development Engineering Internship at Kern Steel Fabrication Inc., where contributions focused on automating coating processes for the solar industry. Seth also held roles at Drill Cool Systems as a Research and Development Engineer Intern and Service Technician, along with experience as a production welder at Kern Steel Fabrication. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine, completed in 2017, following a high school diploma from Garces Memorial High School.
