Jaime Carmona has an extensive background in systems engineering and network administration, with current roles as a Systems Engineer at Drillinginfo since January 2015 and as the Owner of Laughing Man Networks since January 2004, focusing on outsourced network administration. Previously, Jaime served as a Windows System Administrator and Linux Admin I at Rackspace from February 2010 to January 2015, delivering high-quality tech support, and provided Tier 1 Uverse support at 2Wire from 2007 to 2008.
