Jordan Salcito

Jordan Salcito is an accomplished entrepreneur and wine expert, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Drink RAMONA, Inc. since September 2016. Previously, Salcito held significant roles at Momofuku from February 2013 to March 2020, including Director of Wine Special Projects and Beverage Director, where responsibilities included developing and overseeing wine programs across US restaurants. Salcito also founded Bellus Wines, active from November 2011 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes positions as Sommelier and Manager at Eleven Madison Park Restaurant and Garde Manger Cook, Backwaiter, and Lounge Server at Restaurant Daniel. Educational qualifications include being a Master Sommelier Candidate from the Court of Master Sommeliers, along with a Culinary Degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and Philosophy from Haverford College.
