Kevin Ballas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kevin started their career as an Account Clerk Intern at Parent Revolution, where they completed accounting software data conversion and processed financial transactions. Kevin then interned as a Quality Assurance Engineer at KeVita, contributing to cost reduction and process improvements.

In 2018, Kevin joined UC Davis College of Engineering as a Structural/Mechanical Design Engineer. Kevin led a team in designing and installing cooling machines and conducted stress analysis to optimize material costs. During this time, they also worked at ASC Process Systems as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer, leading teams and designing aerospace-grade autoclaves/ovens.

From 2021 to 2022, Kevin worked at Northrop Grumman as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing a team of machinists and fabricators, analyzing costs, and expediting orders. Currently, they are working at DrinkPAK as a Project Manager and Plant Engineer, responsible for packaging requirements and managing changeover documentation.

Kevin's work experience highlights their expertise in project management, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Kevin has demonstrated the ability to lead teams, meet specifications, and drive process improvements.

Kevin Ballas graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at UC Davis, they also pursued a minor in Business/Managerial Economics. In 2020, Kevin obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they acquired a Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
