Adrian Louise Dilla has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader at DRINKS since November 2021, Adrian has previously held roles with Awesome OS, where responsibilities included leading customer service teams and resolving client issues. Prior experience at FGC+ comprised positions ranging from Account Trainer to Medical Records Retriever, focusing on team supervision, performance coaching, and effective communication with medical facilities. Adrian’s early career included a brief tenure as an Account Executive at VXI Global Solutions. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ateneo de Davao University, obtained in 2012.
