Soumya Kandivlikar

Soumya Kandivlikar is currently serving as an Associate in People Operations at Drip Capital since July 2024. Previously, Soumya worked as a People Executive in HR at Disprz from July 2023 to July 2024 and completed a summer internship at Hayat the existence in mid-2022. Additional experience includes a role in Human Operations at Campbell Shipping Private Limited from February to August 2021, and a summer internship at Fortis Healthcare in July 2020. Soumya holds an MSc in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Amity University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2020.
