Maggie Sappington, MS, RDN, LD

Maggie Sappington, MS, RDN, LD has extensive experience in the field of nutrition. Maggie currently serves as Manager, Sports Sales for DripDrop Hydration, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, Sappington held the role of Director of Football Nutrition at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2019 to 2022. Maggie also held the role of Sports Nutrition Fellow and Dietetic Intern at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2019 to 2017. Additionally, Sappington served as a member of the Public Relations Committee of the Student Alumni Association Board of Directors at Auburn Alumni Association from 2017 to 2019.

Maggie Sappington, MS, RDN, LD completed their Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Auburn University in 2019 and their Master of Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Interprofessional Collaboratory Training from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2020), ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified (2017), National Nutrition Certification Program - Tier 1 (2018), and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross.
