Scott Laursen

Scott Laursen has over 8 years of experience in executive search and recruiting. In 2013, they founded Scott Laursen Executive Search and Recruiting, where they developed a recruiting process centered on three principles: saving client money, saving client time, and producing the best candidates. In 2015, they were the Director of Recruiting at MagicCube, Inc., introducing the world's only software TEE security platform for mobile and IoT devices. In 2017, they were a Retained Search Consultant for Cobram Estate USA and a Retained Search Executive for Predicta, where they created market insights for clients by providing real-time analytics of data and content that exists online. In 2018, they were a Retained Search Consultant for MWG Holdings, LLC and Perfect Union, and a Retained Search Consultant for DripDrop ORS. In 2019, they were a Retained Search Consultant for Feyen Zylstra and Praktikos, Inc. Finally, in 2021, they were a Retained Search Consultant for Mission Barns.

Scott Laursen received their BBA in Business and Accounting from Grand Valley State University and their Master of Fine Arts - MFA in Photography from New England College.
